Individualized HYROX coaching that develops the complete athlete: strength, running, engine and the ability to perform under fatigue. Built around where you are now and where you want to go.
HYROX actually asks for all of this, at the same time:
If you neglect strength, recovery and balance, more speed work can actually limit your development.
Pace, mechanics, and the aerobic base to hold it.
Force that transfers directly to sled, farmers carry, and wall balls.
The conditioning that lets you keep working when it gets hard.
The unglamorous part that lets everything else keep progressing.
Time spent moving the way race day actually demands.
Jungle does not provide nutrition coaching directly. Instead, athletes can work with Dr. Nicole Monk, Blended's in-house naturopathic doctor, to build the nutrition knowledge needed to support performance and recovery. (A separately provided service, not included in Jungle programming.)
These athletes should not follow the same plan.
Before you write a single session, Jordan learns:
Then he builds the training accordingly.
Every Jungle Performance athlete gets a full week of structured programming — not a stack of random workouts.
Blended HYROX classes are excellent for general HYROX fitness. But race athletes need experience moving confidently for much longer than a standard class.
The Ultra exists to prepare athletes for:
You learn that you can keep going because you've already practiced doing exactly that.
Built for general fitness and HYROX-style training.
Can also be used by Jungle athletes as a substitute for certain engine sessions when they want additional coaching or motivation.
Built around the athlete and a race goal.
A Blended HYROX class helps you train. Jungle Performance helps you prepare.
Local Jungle athletes complete much of their individual work around their own schedule. But they repeatedly come together through:
Some weeks are harder than others.
That's when the community matters most.
The program tells you what to do. The people around you help you keep doing it.
Plus international race trips. Past Blended/Jungle destinations include:
Every year, additional international races are selected. Blended has travelled with groups of 30+ athletes.
For many athletes, Jungle starts before they ever register for HYROX. Then they spend enough time around this community that eventually they catch the bug.
Jordan is positive, optimistic and deeply invested in his athletes. He is kind and considerate, but that does not mean the training is easy.
He learns what the athlete is capable of, recognizes when they need to be challenged, and understands when pushing harder is not the answer.
His job is not simply to write workouts. His job is to help athletes develop.
Jordan started weight training at 15 to improve his baseball performance, and has spent the years since building a "supple approach" to strength — one that treats mobility, stability and strength as inseparable from long-term performance and staying injury-free.
You do have to want to get better.
Jungle athletes currently range from roughly one-hour racers to athletes finishing closer to two hours.

The work becomes more race-specific

Race day
Race day should not be the first time you discover what you're capable of.
No. Jordan can help you decide what race makes sense. Many athletes begin training before choosing their first event.
No. Jungle includes athletes across a wide range of experience and race times.
No. The coaching is high level. The athlete does not need to be.
Yes, local Jungle Performance at $365/month includes full Blended access.
Remote coaching is available.
Athletes book a 1:1 performance session approximately every 4–6 weeks.
No. Much of the individual programming is completed around the athlete's schedule.
Yes. Certain regular Blended classes can substitute for engine sessions when an athlete wants more coaching or motivation.
No. Jungle focuses on performance coaching. Blended works with Dr. Nicole Monk to help athletes who want additional nutrition guidance.
No. Jungle is also appropriate for people who want to train at a higher level and push themselves. However, many athletes eventually decide to race after becoming part of the community.
Tell Jordan where you are, what you're working toward and what you're unsure about. He'll help you figure out the next step.
